Trade alerts are delivered by email, and they go out in near real time — the moment a trade is actually executed, not at the end of the day.
There's no SMS, push notification, or separate app to check. Everything lands in your inbox, which keeps it simple and reliable.
One handy option: you can set a separate alert email address that's different from your login email. Many members route alerts to a dedicated inbox or folder so the trades are easy to find and never get lost. You set this on the Trade Alerts page in your account.
If alerts aren't arriving, check your spam folder and add help@options.cafe to your contacts — then email us if you're still not seeing them.
